I took my car in to get the oil changed for the first time and to get my car detailed and Noah was my technician and he was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything well. I text him about a a question while waiting for my car and he never responded back. When I got back to pick up my car I had to wait about 30 mins for them to get my car up to the front. I went 3 times to ask about my car. I don’t think it’s a way to treat customers cause they are not able to pay what the dealer is trying to charge. My experience was not Pleasant More
