I was not happy that no one from the dealership bothered to run the plates or vin # to pull up ownership information. I did a drop off my car the night before and left my key inside envelope which was place to run the plates or vin # to pull up ownership information. I did a drop off my car the night before and left my key inside envelope which was placed inside black drop box. No one bothered to dig deep enough to find my key. Instead the service department waited for the owner to call and get an update on their service. More
