A few months ago, my 2013 Santa Fe engine failed. Jay was instrumental in helping me in getting an engine replacement approval from Hyundai. Although it took some time due to a few unforeseen circumstances, Puente Hills Hyundai did eventually come through on fixing my car. This could have been an extremely stressful situation, but Jay made it less painful. Thank you for the positive experience. More
