Communication is fair/poor and could be better. I waited 3 months for a part for my car and was never updated on it. I was the one who always reached out to ask for an update. However, an oil change was done instead of the fix due to miscommunication. The staff is kind and I have no personal issues with them. I would still choose Puente Hills Hyundai for my service needs.
