Great service from Daniel Mullins. Had talked with Dan last week about an issue with my F250. He set me up with an appointment on Tuesday 11/12.. My issue was taken care of promptly. Too long to do too little. On Saturday, 9 November, I bought my car in for a Virginia State Inspection. My tire indicator indicated my tire(s) were low on air. Additionally, On Saturday, 9 November, I bought my car in for a Virginia State Inspection. My tire indicator indicated my tire(s) were low on air. Additionally, I requested the technician check for when my next oil change was due since the previous Purvis sticker had faded out and could not be read. After more than an hour of waiting my vehicle came out of the shop. No new oil decal, no air in the tires and the light was still on and I was so fed up I just left. Some of us customers were treated to a real clown show by the employees -- it was unnecessary and unappreciated. Perhaps it would be wise to advise you employees how to act in a mixed company environment. By the way my car is a 2018 Ford Escape with less than 5,000 miles. I was the 2nd customer in on a first come first serve basis. Normal time to complete a Virginia inspection is about 20 minutes, so why was my car in the bay for over an hour. Go figure - reasonable and prudent service was not going to happen this day. I have purchased several cars from the dealership but obviously not for the service received. More

Appointments for Service I made an appointment two weeks before I took my SUV in for an oil change. Check in was a bit slow since several cars were lined up to drop off thei I made an appointment two weeks before I took my SUV in for an oil change. Check in was a bit slow since several cars were lined up to drop off their cars at the same appointed time as mine of 9:30 a.m. Staff members were very nice when they got to my car. We left and came back over three hours later and we were told that our technician had the car opened up but had gone to lunch and was due back in about 40 minutes. I decided to wait and sent my husband on home. After waiting over an hour after the technician was due to return from lunch, I finally decided it was time to ask about my SUV. A young lady checked for me and it turned out that the service supervisor was not aware that I was waiting for my SUV so it was kicked back and other cars were taken care of before mine. They were very sorry and it was just a misunderstanding. However, in the future when I drop off my car again, I'll be sure to let them know I'm waiting and make sure they write it down. My SUV was finally ready at 3:00 p.m. A long day for a 9:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change. More
