Ed in finance took the time to connect and make a personal connection and help ensure i was getting the best coverage for my car and ran over potentials in case of an accident-in extreme detail. He relieved my stress and made signing a painless experience! I've previously been in the Service center with Paul and Britt-both of which were an absolute pleasure to work with and they made sure i was well aware of all the details of my repair before walking out and even gave me a quote. They are both friendly, personable and more than willing to answer my questions/concerns. They both really took the time to understand my individual needs. No hard sell, Got a decent deal After walking out of another dealership that day for a bait and switch issue. I saw the car I wanted online at Quality Subaru. I went to the lot, lo After walking out of another dealership that day for a bait and switch issue. I saw the car I wanted online at Quality Subaru. I went to the lot, looked at the car, and went in. I met Brendan and I told him that I had no trade and if they could make the price work for me, I'd purchase the car right then and there for cash. I hadn't even driven it yet, but I've owned many Subaru's so I knew what I was getting. I had done my homework on the price and he could tell I wasn't interested in anything else added onto the car, like the clear coat. I really appreciated the fact they he, nor his manager did not try to hard sell me or up sell me to anything else. I can't stand buying cars, but this was about as relaxed as I've ever had it. Brendan's day off was Friday, but of course, he was willing to come in so I could take delivery. I told him that wouldn't be necessary and I decided to take delivery on Sat. When I sat with the financial guy, (I forgot his name), he offered me all the bells and whistles and service agreements, but at no time did he try to push them on me. As I said, they knew their customer. They could tell I wasn't interested in any of that stuff. I truly appreciated that. Yes, I can highly recommend this dealership. I only gave 4 stars because if everything is 5 stars, it sometimes can look like a fake review. More

Listened to what I wanted and put me in my dream car. The whole crew is very friendly, but I am so glad I ended up with Chris. The trade in was easy, the trade in price fair. Ed Chen was so easy to work with in the finance department. The sales people and the staff who work for Quality Subaru are very helpful and friendly. I came in after purchasing my car to pick up my winter matts, and was treated with more smiles and such a willingness to help from the sales staff. Michael wasn't there the day I came in, and the other sales people treated me like I had purchased the vehicle from them. Brendan has a wealth of knowledge about the features and performance of the cars he is selling. He has an easy-going way that is customer-centric. At no time did we feel pressured in any way to make a decision. We ended up trading in two vehicles for two Foresters! Being new, Brendan seemed to have a few people watching over his shoulder...and they were all very friendly and professional as well. The entire operation at Quality Subaru seems solid, like they are family. We also love their donation program and were happy to help support the Connecticut Humane Society.
