He answered all of my questions, and was extremely patient with me and my father. This is the second car he has sold to my family in a single month. We definitely feel confident recommending him, and this dealership in the future. He represented the company and brand very well, and showed me everything about the car that made it stand apart from all other options and brands I had been considering. Fixed my car Recently came to Quality Subaru for a second opinion after my usual dealer didn't properly repair my vehicle during a warranty service I was hearing a Recently came to Quality Subaru for a second opinion after my usual dealer didn't properly repair my vehicle during a warranty service I was hearing a weird noise (that I knew wasn't normal) after having my clutch/brake assembly and other parts replaced under TSB at another dealer. Quality's technician was amazing and within one block diagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle after I was told it was "normal" by the dealer that preformed the work. I am horrible with names but the technician Matt(?) was absolutely wonderful and friendly so was the service advisor John(?) They took my complaint seriously and saw my car and did the repair in timely manner fitting me into their already busy day. More
