End of September I brought the car in for it's first oil change that was FREE. This free service was a smart way for the Service Department to solicit new customers and thus introduce themselves. Karen Prisco , my service consultant, was most pleasant and accommodating. Everything about Quality Subaru has been low key and, in a word, "nice". Hard to find that in today's hurry up world. New Vehicle - 1st time purchasing a Subaru I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester to replace my old SUV. My salesperson was Ralph who was a wonderful salesman to work with as he was not pushy like I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester to replace my old SUV. After viewing the accessories in the car and taking it for a drive, I knew it was a great fit. It came down to the price now.
