End of September I brought the car in for it's first oil change that was FREE. This free service was a smart way for the Service Department to solicit new customers and thus introduce themselves. Karen Prisco , my service consultant, was most pleasant and accommodating. Everything about Quality Subaru has been low key and, in a word, "nice". Hard to find that in today's hurry up world. Praise to Quality Subaru. More
A Pleasant Positive Experience Finding and Leasing a Subaru Was in the market to lease a replacement of a car going off lease. On delivery, Mark did a masterful job explaining the new features and offered to do a refresher course in areas that might confuse us. Mike Ward did a good job explaining the business aspects of the lease and various additional programs that were available. Nietheer Mike nor Mark were at all pushy in their sales approach. More

New Vehicle - 1st time purchasing a Subaru I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester to replace my old SUV. My salesperson was Ralph who was a wonderful salesman to work with as he was not pushy like I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester to replace my old SUV. My salesperson was Ralph who was a wonderful salesman to work with as he was not pushy like most salesman. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. After viewing the accessories in the car and taking it for a drive, I knew it was a great fit. It came down to the price now. Peter was great to deal with on the price as he gave me the best available price so I did not have to dicker as I had expected. Ed was very patient is explaining the sales contract and other items that could be purchased. Overall, an excellent experience. More
