I worked with Kyle and from the start his thoroughness in making sure I received all the information about the vehicle I was interested in, obtaining information needed for my trade in and getting me the bes making sure I received all the information about the vehicle I was interested in, obtaining information needed for my trade in and getting me the best offer possible came off as he was making me a priority. John was so wonderful to work with. My husband and I came in to look at one car but then I decided that wasn't the vehicle for me. This is my first Mercedes. I am not savy in Mercedes. John was so patient, k in to look at one car but then I decided that wasn't the vehicle for me. This is my first Mercedes. I am not savy in Mercedes. John was so patient, knowledgeable, and we never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. He followed up and even sent other cars. We decided on one we test drove on our first visit.
