I've been an RBM of Alpharetta customer for many years, mostly servicing my 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350 Convertible, and more recently, new car shopping. My service experience has been top notch. I'm always greeted warmly, quickly connected with my service advisor, and either provided with a loaner or offered to wait in a clean and welcoming waiting area. I'm currently considering the purchase of a new or CPO Mercedes convertible. I've been working with Vadim Russu of the Sales & Leasing department, who has been excellent in every regard. He's kind, courteous, knowledgeable, flexible, and attentive without pressure. His manager, Donnie Moore, also provides warm welcoming service. I've enjoyed the process, which is a very pleasant exception to the often stressful experience of car shopping. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta for both Sales and Service of Mercedes-Benz automobiles. More

Lori Mohr was fantastic every step of the way. We have been looking for a car for some time and she quickly found our car and it was perfect, exactly what we wanted.
