Dan Berry, is one of the most courteous, professional and someone who always goes above and beyond to help his customers. I’ve know Dan for over 6 months now, I’ve been coming to the dealership for over 7-8 someone who always goes above and beyond to help his customers. I’ve know Dan for over 6 months now, I’ve been coming to the dealership for over 7-8 years now for servicing my E-class, and now ordered GLE with Dan, and not once that he has not gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my car needs. I yet have to find a customer service like what Dan delivers, so kudos to him! I believe it’s people like Dan Which makes RBM of Alpharetta, being the one of the best in the business. Last and not least, Dan is an amazing and genuinely great human being, which I value more than anything else! Dan .. YOU ROCK MAN! Keep up the great work!!!! More
