Wow-what an amazing experience... Dan Berry was fantastic to work with and helped us from the initial conversation, test drives, selecting the right model, facilitated a quick and painless buying fantastic to work with and helped us from the initial conversation, test drives, selecting the right model, facilitated a quick and painless buying experience. My daughter had to complete the financing, delivery, emptying the old car, and packing the new car within 2 hours to allow her to be at Grad School commitment in Birmingham. Dan was there all the way and made it happen with the utmost professionalism and outstanding customer service. The wow factor really comes in when you understand that we called Dan at 5 pm on Saturday to inform him we wanted to buy the car but needed the transaction completed by noon on Monday. This is no small feat but he made it happen with a smile. We are loyal RMB customers and this experience did not disappoint. Looking forward to buying another SUV with RBM and Dan. More
