I purchased my second S550 from RBM (First purchase was from Mercedes of Knoxville, TN) and I had a horrible experience with the finance manager Roberto. I arrived on time for my 10:00 am appointment and R from Mercedes of Knoxville, TN) and I had a horrible experience with the finance manager Roberto. I arrived on time for my 10:00 am appointment and Roberto happened to be in the lobby when I walked into the dealership but he walked away (without acknowledging me) and I never seen the guy again. I had to wait over an hour before being redirected to another associate. I drove 3.5 hours from Nashville, TN to be forgotten about. Not the Mercedes experience I was expecting. Very disappointed, and I would not recommend this dealership. I only followed through with the purchase because the car is what I wanted. If this car was somewhere else, I would have been as well.
