He is extremely friendly, easy to talk to, professional, courteous and most importantly KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. He went out of his way to help us and we found a car that we liked. He also worked with our budget and gave us good discounts too. The sales manager Lisa who helped us with the leasing process was very charming and great... I have never had a better car buying experience. Rich Alder and his team were outstanding! He is professional but also very personable.
