Rich Adler made me feel like I was buying the most expensive car they had on the lot. I no where near did that. However, I bought a used car that they made look brand new. Rich even helped me program expensive car they had on the lot. I no where near did that. However, I bought a used car that they made look brand new. Our salesman VADIM was excellent. The reception Lady up front, also very pleasant and welcoming. All persons wore masks. My wife really respected that. In fall of 2018, we shopped RBM for a used GLK but de front, also very pleasant and welcoming. All persons wore masks. My wife really respected that. My Buying experience at RBM of Alpharetta was outstanding Rich Adler my sales person was fully knowlgeable of the product and worked with me to find the right car.
