I worked with Mark Higgs and purchased a 2020 GLS450. Mark essentially prepared the entire deal himself. I would say in my many years of buying/leasing a car I never had such a great experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I was treated impeccable. I leased a GLC sight unseen online never had such a great experience from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I was treated impeccable. I leased a GLC sight unseen online. It was a gorgeous car however I failed to realize it had one key feature that I couldn’t live without right now navigation. John went above and beyond to try to see if he could put a chip in for the navigation. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an option on the 2020 GLC. John looked at the inventory on the lot and let me know he had another GLC that had navigation along with other features I didn’t have. We literally flipped a coin outside as I couldn’t decide. I ended up walking away with the one he found on the lot with navigation. Never once did I feel rushed or pushed to make a decision and that to me is key. Ramona on the finance side was also a pleasure to work with especially when we made the pivot from one vehicle to the next. RBM Alpharetta and John respectively have won my business for all my future Mercedes needs. More

Drove to this Dealership all the way from Birmingham, Alabama. Called a few days in advance spoke to Bill Favini multiple times because I was interested in a used Volvo they had recently received as a tr Alabama. Called a few days in advance spoke to Bill Favini multiple times because I was interested in a used Volvo they had recently received as a trade in. They had it posted for a couple weeks with no actual pictures uploaded of the vehicle so I called to get photos and get information about the vehicle. He sent me a couple of cell phone pictures and said the website photos would be up soon. I asked him about the appearance and quality of the vehicle and was told many times it was in really great condition. Fast forward to arriving at the dealership. I was immediately disappointed. The car had quite a few more dings, scratches, and cosmetic issues than I would think would be on a "really great condition" used car. The vehicle only had 60,000 but looked as though it had been driven at least 100,000 because of all the cosmetic issues. Also the driver mirror was completely broken and you could tell it had been for awhile because there was duck tape residue on the mirror. I was never told that the mirror was broken and when I pointed it out the salesman was shocked. But I had asked for him to look it over completely. After the first round of inspections, I took the car for the test drive. This was all fine and pleasant. I have driven a similar model of this same car so I knew it would be great. But with all the cosmetic issues at the price they had it listed before they "discovered" the issues, I just wasnt willing to purchase it. I've bought a few used vehicles in my life and I'm willing to wait until I find the perfect vehicle for me. When I sat down with Bill and my father to discuss the vehicle, they were not willing to come off the price. The only thing they were willing to do was order the replacement mirror so that my husband could install it, not the dealership, my husband. When I stated that it just wasnt going to work out, I was immediately bombarded with, "Well you have very high expectations for a used vehicle then." And several other similar sentiments. He all but flat out said that I was high maintenance. As a 24 year old married woman, I was very offended that this was said, in front of my father, all because he felt as though I had wasted his time. But may I remind you that I drove from Birmingham and wasted an entire day and the money for gas and food just to come see this "really great" Volvo when it had very much been misrepresented. So beware if you're a woman who expects good quality at a fair price because more than likely you wont find it here, atleast not on a used vehicle. More

This was my first visit to RBM of Alpharetta for service. I chose this dealer because they are the closest Mercedes- Benz dealer to me and had a high rating. I was completely satisfied. Since I live 45 mi I chose this dealer because they are the closest Mercedes- Benz dealer to me and had a high rating. I was completely satisfied. Since I live 45 miles away and the service would take all day my service advisor, Andrei Bucatari, arranged for a loaner car so I could go home, even offering to let me keep the loaner over night if I couldn’t get back before they closed. Everything about my experience was first class. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta. More
