He'll find me the car I want, even it it means looking across the country to track it down, or building one from scratch. If he presents an option that I don't care for, he immediately discards it and finds the option I'm looking for. I can't say enough about how much I love working with him when its time for me to get a new car. I've price-shopped and I always get a straight no-nonsense deal from John Sauer. No high pressure tactics - we went back and forth for about a month. Worked hard to answer all my questions and was respectful of my time and space. Tom in finance was awesome too. No games like other dealers, didn't try to sneak anything in or pressure me into anything. Straightforward and efficient. Used car I bought wasn't a Mercedes - but if I was thinking about a Mercedes, would definitely come here. More
