Awesome experience and I didn't even buy a Mercedes Vadim was exceptional. I did not go there to buy a Mercedes, but to buy a Highlander that had been turned in for a Mercedes. John Sauer is excellent at making people comfortable. He listens to the needs of his client and gets results. We where looking for a specific Mercedes GLE 350 and John was patient and didn’t try to push us listens to the needs of his client and gets results.
