RBM of Alpharetta ecperience Prior to purchasing my 3rd Mercedes, I went online and looked at Mercedes dealerships by my home and around my job. I saw two vehicles one at RBM of A Prior to purchasing my 3rd Mercedes, I went online and looked at Mercedes dealerships by my home and around my job. I saw two vehicles one at RBM of Alpharetta, a 2016 with around 60K miles and one at Mercedes of Buckhead a 2015 with around 60K. I thought I would go take a look at both vehicles on the weekend but just decided to look at one on the way home at RBM of Alpharetta. I took the car for a test drive with Rich and then sat down to discuss the vehicle details. Upon doing so I was told the vehicle was a 2015. At that time due to the price difference of more than $1250 less with Buckhead, I told Rich I would wait to test drive the other car with Mercedes of Buckhead. Rich then asked for the listing and pulled the vehicle with MB of Buckhead up by vin on his system. Rich compared the both cars and they had the same features. Then I asked could they match the price since the cars were basically the same. He said he would try and speak with the Manager. While waiting over 15 minutes he came back to me and said " Do you really want a Northern car?" I haven't done car sales but I just expected more from a Dealership that was highly rated online. I thought they would not only match the price but try and beat it. The Vehicle stock no. M67069A is still there unsold weeks later at the same price. Needless to say I'm not a big fan of RBM of Alpharetta and will be telling everyone I know about my experience. More
