From a simple phone inquiry that my wife had with Dan Berry regarding a CPO vehicle she'd seen on line resulted in a purchase 3 days later. My wife never felt as though she was being pressured nor did I after engaging in the conversation of possible purchase 2 days later while traveling out of town on business. Dan was cordial, patient and very understanding of what we were hoping to accomplish. While negotiating over the phone the price dropped :). After returning from out of town Friday night I came in Saturday morning with my wife expecting some guy to try and force a deal down my throat but to my surprise, nothing like that occurred at all. The car was detailed and looking very nice. Even with that preparation there was no pressure to buy. Dan was very accommodating and is a true professional sales men that RBM should be glad to have on their team. Thanks Dan if Im ever in the market for a Benz, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. What an AMAZING experience! Ms. Pamela B Sales Consultant: She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and the exact opposite of what you would expect a car salesperson to be Ms. Pamela B Sales Consultant: She is personable, knowledgeable, professional and the exact opposite of what you would expect a car salesperson to be. She did not operate on HER agenda (to sell a car). She was totally focused on my needs as an educated buyer. She went above and beyond to get information to me about my potential vehicle before I came 2 hours in Atlanta traffic to see it. Other sales people don't want to give too much information...they want you in their showroom so they can overpower you with fake niceties and push you into a deal you don't want/need. Pamela inspected the vehicle at my request and noticed some scuffs on the paint. Without me asking her to do so, she had the service department remove those scuffs before I got there! She sent me pictures of the few flaws on this pre-owned vehicle so I could make an informed decision. She gave me exactly the expectations I needed! By far, the most wonderful buying experience EVER! Mr. Peter L. General Sales Manager I didn't need to negotiate pricing or financing. That was all taken care of prior to my arrival at the dealership (45 minutes before closing time!). Peter didn't have anything to gain by meeting with me and my husband as we were waiting for paperwork to be completed. But he did! Peter made it a point to introduce himself to us and simply made us feel valued and respected. His touch of genuine dedication to his customer's was evident and very much appreciated. BUT! What impressed me most were the glowing and thoughtful comments he had for Pamela. He obviously respected her for her accomplishments and overall knowledge of their business and how to effectively reach her customers. Ms. Lisa B. Financial Services Director Lisa, God Bless Her! had a very long day. While we had our financing in order, there is still paperwork to be done on a vehicle sale. At 2 pm, none of these people had ever heard of or from me. At 2:30, my first call to Pamela was made and the wheels started turning from there. We arrived at the dealership at 6:15 pm. Again, 45 minutes prior to their closing. Lisa met with us to complete the paperwork, and instead of telling us what a long day she had experienced and how late it was, she treated us as if we were the first customer's of the day, with a smile and professionalism. She is either a fabulous actress or just a really awesome person. I would go with the latter :). My new car! I am ecstatic with my purchase! It's exactly the car I have been searching for since February. I have not found this vehicle at this price, in this condition ANYWHERE! I don't have ANY buyer's remorse. I am happy with everything about my buying experience. KUDOS RBM! You have renewed my faith in humanity and have proven that not every dealership is alike. You are definitely in a class of your own :). Thank you for everything! More
