I have been shopping for cars for a number of years now and have to say that working with Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes was about the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had. From the minute we were introduced, Kyle's friendly, laid-back, absolute zero pressure persona put my wife and I at total ease and helped us to actually enjoy the experience. We initially went in just to look at some of the models and his willingness to work with us, including taking two test drives with two different vehicles to compare them really helped us make our decision. And his knowledge of the Mercedes line was stellar as well. When we came back the next day to finalize the deal with Lisa Brennan in their finance department, and then received the red carpet treatment from Diane Evans, who showed us all of the vehicles details, we soon realized that at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes, the friendliness and likability permeates in every department.
