BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was time for me to turn in my lease and I had a little over three weeks left to make a decision. I had been working with another dealer and just couldn't close the deal. It was either the right car at the wrong price or the right price and the wrong car! I decided to check the other dealerships in the area and came across RBM of Alpharetta online. I saw an exquisite E350 listed in their inventory with a price that seemed too good to be true. I just had to see it in person. I hesitated because Alpharetta was so far away. After speaking with Andy Sayers, I made an appointment to see and drive the car. Andy informed me he was going to be out and told me that Vadim Russu would take care of me. His last words to me were "you're going to buy that car because it is a beauty." Well, Andy was right! The experience was incredible - who knew that buying a car could be this easy? No pressure, no hassle, no buyers remorse. Every employee was a joy to interact with, especially Neil Turry. It was a celebration after my purchase with pictures and hugs! It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and well worth the 120 mile round trip! More

It was well worth my trip from midtown because I was instantly treated like a valuable customer at RBM and not as another "tire kicker" like at other dealerships. Vadim made me feel like I was a big spender when in fact, I was so excited just to be able to even get into the brand at my price point. My like new CLA250 is beautiful, well cared for, and a great value with all its bells and whistles. To say the least, our first experience with a different Mercedes dealership in west Texas was stressful, confusing, and disappointing. As our family is growing and our desire to upgrade my wife's car was becoming a more common topic at the house, I was extremely hesitant of going back to any Mercedes dealership. However, being new to Atlanta coupled with a lot of pep talks from the wife we decided to try another Mercedes dealership for a test drive and feel if the experience would be the same. I'm glad we did! Going to RBM of Alpharetta was a great choice for us from the very start. From the receptionist welcoming us to being introduced to Warren Phillips, our sales associate we felt like a valued customer that was shopping for a specific brand for a reason and not just a number to an accounting schedule. Warren was the epitome of professional. He was easy to get along with and extremely interested in making sure our experience would be the best. He clearly has years of experience and takes the time to listen to customers explain what they are looking for, budgeting parameters, and then goes out to find the perfect car. For us, he found the perfect car for my wife while being honest and professional at all times and that alone made the car buying experience perfect for us.
