I will turn 60 in a few months and have bought/leased many cars in my lifet Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is top notch, but Kyle Edson is THE BEST! I will turn 60 in a few months and have bought/leased many cars in my lifetime. And, I normally HATE the process. Seems like I always leave the car lot wondering how bad I got screwed and how much money I left on the table. But not with Kyle! He listened carefully as I described my needs, and described a less than perfect credit situation. Walking in, I thought all I could qualify for was an older model Benz with a large down payment. Boy was I wrong! Kyle calmly showed me all the options available and went out of his way to clearly explain the pros and cons of each approach. And all without the normal "auto sales guy" tactics and pressure. Kyle made me feel like I was a member of his family. His style was low key and "consultatiive' instead of "sales-focused". If everyone behaved like Kyle, car salesmen would not have such a bad reputation. The finance manager, Sharon Thompson got me approved for a better deal than I expected and she made the paperwork process super-simple and easy to understand. I drove home with an almost brand new Mercedies C-Class with a monthly payment that was well under my expectations. Nicest car I have ever driven...
