RBM & Kyle Edson Rock! Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is top notch, but Kyle Edson is THE BEST! I will turn 60 in a few months and have bought/leased many cars in my lifetime. And, I normally HATE the process. Seems like I always leave the car lot wondering how bad I got screwed and how much money I left on the table. But not with Kyle! He listened carefully as I described my needs, and described a less than perfect credit situation. Walking in, I thought all I could qualify for was an older model Benz with a large down payment. Boy was I wrong! Kyle calmly showed me all the options available and went out of his way to clearly explain the pros and cons of each approach. And all without the normal "auto sales guy" tactics and pressure. Kyle made me feel like I was a member of his family. His style was low key and "consultatiive' instead of "sales-focused". If everyone behaved like Kyle, car salesmen would not have such a bad reputation. The finance manager, Sharon Thompson got me approved for a better deal than I expected and she made the paperwork process super-simple and easy to understand. I drove home with an almost brand new Mercedies C-Class with a monthly payment that was well under my expectations. Nicest car I have ever driven... All thanks to Kyle Edson and the staff at RBM Alpharetta! KYLE- YOU ROCK! THIS WAS THE BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! More

Horrible Overall Experiences Purchased a certified pre owned MB ML250 in April 2017. The car had the remainder of its factory warranty and an additional 1 year unlimited mileage Purchased a certified pre owned MB ML250 in April 2017. The car had the remainder of its factory warranty and an additional 1 year unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase. After about a month, the check engine light came on. I called and was told it would be 3-4 days to get it in because they had no loaner cars. I asked if it was ok to drive the vehicle because again, the check engine light was on. I was told yes.....I brought the vehicle in, and after aabout 3 days got the vehicle back. About another 3-4 weeks later, check engine light is on again. Call, wait, bring it in. Receive a text message asking if it is ok to put 30-60 miles on the car. I replied that I would rather them not, but if that was the only way to test then go ahead. I noted the mileage when I dropped it off and when I picked it up noticed that the car had been driven 480 miles. I was told that was to test it and make sure the light would not come back on. It turns out that RBM allows there technicians to drive customers vehicles to and from home and that this particular tech lived near the airport. I would have never given the ok for my vehicle to be driven almost 500 miles! I also noticed that the outside of the vehicle was filthy. I did not even mention that. I did speak to Craig Beauchamp, the service manager. I was told, sorry, that he could see my text with the hesitation about 30-60 miles, but that there was no way to "roll back the odometer". I was not asking them to do that nor would I ever ask someone to do something illegal. Not what you tell the customer. I recently had an issue with the vehicle "jerking" and have had it make a loud banging noise coming from the transmission. When I called to make an appointment, I was told it would be 8 days before I could bring it in. Again, no loaner vehicles. I mentioned to the lady in service that perhaps I should bring it to another dealer outside of the RBM family/ownership? Her reply was ok.....my reply was ok? That should not be ok. I asked to have David Ellis or Craig Beauchamp to give me a call.......never heard from either. Instead, Cameron Davis, a service advisor called me. I asked him why he was calling me back since I had asked for Craig or David to call me back. First of all, I should not be having all these issues with this vehicle. Second, if you do have a customer having service issues and have had the problems like I have had, you should be doing everything you can to make things right. This dealer obviously does not have enough loaner vehicles. I am just not used to a place of business not at least putting effort into making things right. Bring your vehicle to Nalley Lexus for service or even an oil change. You get the car back vacuumed and washed. Here, you will be lucky to even get your car in for service and when you get it back it will be dirty and perhaps driven to Macon for all you know. More
Completely unprofessional I vascilated as to whether I should post this review knowing the role and intentions of a sales person. However, as a sales person myself, I'm struggl I vascilated as to whether I should post this review knowing the role and intentions of a sales person. However, as a sales person myself, I'm struggling with the complete lack of professionalism displayed by kegan. I stopped into the dealership to look at alternatives to what I had already put a deposit on at the RBM of atlanta. I asked Kegan if the model I wanted to see was available. He looked it up and it was. I told him I had a deposit on one at a sister dealership. He was deflated that this was not a new sale, and I understand that. He said he'd go get the keys and we can go look at it. He came back and said it's sold with a smirk on his face. I'm sure he just didn't want to take the time to show me the color combo I asked to see. And he didn't offer to show me the second vehicle on the lot. As a sales person myself, while I understand there was nothing in it for him but as a representative of the company there is a level of decency and professionalism that should be displayed. Professional salespeople can look beyond "me, me, me" in the interest of building brand loyal customers. Or he could have even said, look you really need to go back to the dealership at which you purchased the vehicle and they'd be willing to help orchestrate a viewing opportunity. But nothing of the sort was offered. That spoke volumes about the type of value system he has as a professional. More

Happy Camper Sheaffer Cheek is the type of salesperson you should expect at an RBM dealership! My wife and I weren't sure if we wanted to buy our Airstream Inters Sheaffer Cheek is the type of salesperson you should expect at an RBM dealership! My wife and I weren't sure if we wanted to buy our Airstream Interstate EXT - until we met with Sheaffer. There are so many features with this class B RV and he took the time to demonstrate all of them to us. Once we made the decision to buy he then spent another two hours going over everything in detail. Service after the sale is excellent as well. We had a small warning light blinking on the propane panel and so I returned and met Jody - the service manager. In less than 15 minutes the issue was resolved and I was on my way home. Frankly, Sheaffer is the consummate professional Salesman. More
