Once again she is an excellent people person who knows how to get the best for you. Andrei Bucatari, has been my service consultant for a while now. He knows his cars, he knows his customers and he takes the time out to listen to you and address your concerns as needed. Andrei and his excellent service team will take your random comments like "strange noise from I don't know where' and test, analyze and discover the problem and fix it even based off of the vaguest descriptions you give them. I once had a car serviced with Andrei, where the car was left overnight with them. The car was serviced and washed and overnight it rained. The next day when I went to pick up the car, as Andrei was handing the car back to me, he noticed a few dust spots from the overnight rain. He got the car washed again, even though I said it was okay. That is a commendable commitment to perfection. In summary, if you think all car dealerships are out to get you and if you walk in you will be forced to buy a car, do walk into this place and talk to Bill Winslow.
