He was very professional and comfortable to deal with, quickly getting me behind the wheel for a test drive, anticipating my questions and telling me all about this incredibly fine vehicle. Sharon was very cheerful and professional, too, efficiently walking me through the financial end of the transaction. I was able to complete the process the very next evening, finishing up with Diane Evans helpfully and patiently going over some of the details about the more technical operations of the vehicle.
