I bought a Kia Telluride from RBM of Alpharetta to surprise my wife. Bill Favini was the sale consultant that helped me through the process and made the process smooth and easy. Bill was upfront, hone surprise my wife. Bill Favini was the sale consultant that helped me through the process and made the process smooth and easy. Bill was upfront, honest and patient with my purchase, which took several days with my work and time to secure my loan with my credit union. Bill gave me the upmost customer service even though I did not purchase a Mercedes Benz. I can't give Bill all the credit, the whole team was great, from the service department getting the vehicle ready and the finance department not pushing extra cost on my loan. I dread dealership, but so glad I found RBM of Alpharetta!! More
