Unfortunately we were given false information regarding a remote starter already in the car, but it wasn't so I had to fork out more dollars to receive what I already thought I had. All in all, the professional demeanor from everyone that I came in to contact with was great. Just very disappointed when I explained to the salesman that he in fact mentioned that I would be able to start my car from within my home to cool the car down or to heat it up in the winter. My brother-in-law was with me and we both understood what he said. In fact, we both talked in front of the salesman about how great this would be since that is something I have wanted to do with my older car. A couple of days later realized that I didn't have it - called salesperson, told me he doesn't lie to his customers, which means I guess he thought I did. More

Great experience at Ricart I was upside down on a vehicle that I needed to trade and they were able to get me where I needed to be. I had been to two other dealerships (both JEE I was upside down on a vehicle that I needed to trade and they were able to get me where I needed to be. I had been to two other dealerships (both JEEP, one of which I was a repeat customer ) and they were not willing to work with me. My friend has bought 3 cars from Ricart and suggested I go there because they have always worked with her. Thumbs up to Ricart! More

Undecided We came in looking for a specific car that was sold the day before we got there.
