I don't like the feeling of being pressured and whisked into something. Also was a little weird that I had to talk to 3 or 4 different people. However I did go through with the purchase after they let me take the vehicle home and it had every feature I wanted, and it was the first pick. Abby (the product specialist) was great at finding my needs. More

I am so thankful for Robert and Nate and how they truly treated me with respect and got me the best deal that they could! I have only had my new 2017 Elantra for a little over three weeks and I am absolutely in love with it! I will definitely be recommending Ricart Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car! Credit challenges are not a problem for Ricart's import's professionals I filled out an online application for credit with Ricart imports , and to my surprise I quickly received a call from Joseph Eddy a product specialist I filled out an online application for credit with Ricart imports , and to my surprise I quickly received a call from Joseph Eddy a product specialist to set an appt for a test drive. I set the appt , went and drove car and then received a quick approval process and same day delivery of my new car! Janda Beresford was the Business manager and she was both quick and professional never making me feel less than important because of my lack of credit ,but rather quite the opposite. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to give both Joseph and Janda a shot. More
Hyundai Overall my experience was good. There are a few minor issues with the car that I need to have addressed by the dealership service department. (I,e- do Overall my experience was good. (I,e- door is bowing out from side panel.); also I was given 500 dollar discount for being a first time buyer. However, I could not have remote starter added into my financing within the 3 day trial period after my purchase because the bank would not approve it. I question this because I was given a 500 dollar discount and the starter would have been 500 so why couldn't the 500 been used for the starter instead of taken of total price of car? If someone could help me with this problem then I would be completely happy with everything. More

We were unsure of exactly which model we wanted to purchase and Johnny Goodman was a great help I was very happy with the service received at Ricart.
