I walked into my first Kia dealership not knowing what to expect. Nabil was waiting for me. He introduced himself to me and my family and was very friendly. Raceway Kia finishes strong! Jake Lebowitz and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that we got the vehicle of our dreams! The experience was fast and easy! First we took our Kia Sorento on a tes went above and beyond to ensure that we got the vehicle of our dreams! The experience was fast and easy! First we took our Kia Sorento on a test drive with Glenn King. He did his best to make us comfortable and gave us all the information on the vehicle's features. Once we came back we decided to move forward on to paperwork. We met with Vlad Frenkel, the General Sales Manager, and he handled all our questions and concerns with grace (and a smile!). The total price and payments were exactly what we wanted. As an added surprise, the head of Service, Chris Miros, came out to greet us and offered to answer any questions about the vehicle, he even gave us some background on the matnience that had be done on the vehicle! He was a great help in learning how our remote start functions! Lastly we met with Danny Santos, the Finance Manager. What is usually a nervous moment (putting your name on the dotted line) became a fun moment! Danny explained everything to us very meticulously, all to the festive sound of great christmas music in the background! After all is said and done, I cannot thank Raceway Kia enough! Carmine and Korey My wife went to buy an SUV, and was looking at a Hyundai, but I convinced her to give Kia some consideration. A few hours later, my wife texted me at My wife went to buy an SUV, and was looking at a Hyundai, but I convinced her to give Kia some consideration. A few hours later, my wife texted me at work to say that she was buying an SUV from Raceway Kia -- a 2020 Sorento -- LOADED.. Even though she made a mistake in the financing, Raceway Kia ( Korey Knight) was willing to work with us closely to resolve the issue even though it meant that we would not be using Kia Finance. So we made an appointment to resolve the issue the next morning. My wife's salesman, Carmine, was FIRST RATE! Extremely personable, courteous, and far more honest and forthright than almost any other auto salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. His respect for my wife when I was not present is proof of this man's character. So many auto salespeople would have tried to fast-talk and pressure a woman into a transaction, but Carmine was respectful, honest, and straight-forward, and made my wife feel comfortable with the transaction. When we went back to the dealership to resolve a mistake my wife had made in financing, Korey casually mentioned that it might take some time, and I replied that I had an appointment to buy a Subaru Legacy in two hours. Korey said he wanted me to look at a Kia Stinger. because he had a car that was exceptional. I told him that I liked the Stinger, but I only wanted AWD, and I could not afford that car at the MSRP. 3 hours later, after a test drive with Carmine, I owned the Stinger GT2 AWD, at the price that i wanted. The entire process was cordial, honest, and low-pressure. After the transactions, we did not feel like we had won a fight, but more like we had worked with a couple of friends to accomplish a goal. Carmine and Korey worked with us like they had known us for decades. I have never bought a vehicle and walked out of the dealership feeling relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I had made a good (AND FAIR) deal on the vehicle(s) that I wanted. Before you buy a Hyundai, and before you buy a Subaru, before you buy a Honda or a Toyota, give Raceway Kia a chance -- talk to Carmine, and talk to Korey. You will probably end up as happy as my wife and I did. More
