My lease was up within 5 days of my reaching out to a Rallye Acura team member, due to multiple delays and difficulties as a result of the COVID crisis. I was contacted by Danny Park within minutes of reaching out to him directly (at the recommendation of a close friend), and from that moment I was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and care that exemplifies outstanding customer service. Literally within 30 minutes of our conversation, he called me back with a delivery date for the exact car I wanted and with excellent terms. He respected my time, my loyalty, and my health, assuring me that the the whole process would be handled with the utmost care given the current situation with COVID. Danny DID NOT SKIP A BEAT!!!
