WOW - Just WOW Service! Pleasantly surprised that I'm even taking the time to write a review since I rarely take the time to do this sort of thing. And yet, it occurred to me that if they were going to take the time to take such great care of me, I should let others know. Aside from the great customer service they have always had (Meet & greet you with a smile - nice & clean waiting area - refreshments/coffee while you wait...) my most recent visit was due to an emergency issue that needed attention immediately. Needless to say, they took me right away without hesitation and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Keeyoung Moon was the person from Rallye with whom I dealt with and I walked away a very happy customer. :) More

I’ve been coming to Chad over the years for service and I know once he has the keys to my vehicle there are no worries about getting issues addressed or service completed. He is one of the reasons I am not changing the dealership or the Acura Brand, he is well deserved of anything over 5 stars. More
