I set up an appointment for my NYS inspection, and to have my clutch looked at, as it was not grabbing all the time. The Saturday before my scheduled appointment, I was on the LIE and the car lost power have my clutch looked at, as it was not grabbing all the time. The Saturday before my scheduled appointment, I was on the LIE and the car lost power and would not respond when put into 1st or any gear. I had the car towed to the dealer, it was Saturday at 4:45 PM, Chad was there ready to leave for the day, he was so helpful took care of me and even gave me a loaner car. My 2010 TSX has only 11700 miles on it and the clutch was gone. I have been driving manual for at least 40 years, and never had a clutch go on me before. Chad informed me that the clutch was not covered under warranty, but since I had been a customer for so long he was able to look up my history with my previous manual transmission car (which was a 1995 Integra), he managed to get a good portion of the repair covered. He kept me informed all week as to the status of the negotions to limit the cost of the repair. My clutch feels better than it did when I purchased the car new and I am extremely satisfied with the repair and with the attention I received from Chad. More

I came in for an A1 Service to my 2010 Acura MDX. Upon pulling up I was greeted by a young man who noted some information and directed me into the service area where I met Chad.
