I brought my car to the dealer to have the oil changed, wipers replaced, and to have an issue with the navigation system screen (it blacks out) diagnosed. They change the oil and replace the wipers, but I wipers replaced, and to have an issue with the navigation system screen (it blacks out) diagnosed. They change the oil and replace the wipers, but I was informed that they couldn't run diagnostics to determine the root cause of the issue reported with the navigation monitor. I was told that they could not run the diagnostics on the vehicle because it was Saturday. They suggested setting up an appointment during the workweek (Mon-Fri). They also informed that they would need to keep the car for a few days, but they couldn't give a loaner, because they have no loaners available. More
I just put 4 stars due to how costly the prices are... if not, it would be receiving the full fledge 5 star treatment (love Rallye Acura).
