Had a very disappointing experience with Rallye BMW, especially as a loyal BMW customer. This was my second BMW, and I chose to continue using Rallye because I trusted the dealership and expected a cert especially as a loyal BMW customer. This was my second BMW, and I chose to continue using Rallye because I trusted the dealership and expected a certain level of service. Unfortunately, I had an ongoing issue that required multiple visits, and I was given conflicting information along the way. Initially, I was told the issue was normal. Later, it was acknowledged as an issue, but I was told it wasn't covered under warranty. I was then ultimately pushed into purchasing an additional package in order for the warranty-related repair to be honored. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the benefits of the package I purchased were later not honored as promised. I was repeatedly given the runaround and left feeling like I had to keep going back and forth just to get something that should have been straightforward. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the vehicle’s service history had been reported in a way that created an unexpected issue when I went to sell the car. That was extremely frustrating and something I never expected after trusting an authorized BMW dealership with my vehicle. I want to make it clear that I had a great relationship with my service manager and have nothing but good things to say about him. My frustration is specifically with the service department and how the situation was handled, including the foreman. I gave Rallye BMW multiple opportunities to make things right because I was a loyal customer. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. This experience has completely changed my perception of the dealership, and I would strongly recommend keeping detailed written records of everything discussed and promised. I just bought another BMW and will never ever use them ever again! More
