As I've previously suggested: any appointments made for non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Oil change/state inspection etc can be done by anybody in a few minutes so those services should be sep non-mechanic functions should be streamlined. Oil change/state inspection etc can be done by anybody in a few minutes so those services should be separated from specialized work needing a technician. Customers should be out no more than 30 minutes after appointment start time for those services. More
