Purchasing my 2027 BMW M4 Competition xDrive from Rallye BMW was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I have owned multiple BMWs over the years and have worked with several BMW dealerships, but none have provided the level of communication, professionalism, and personal attention that I received from the team at Rallye BMW. The journey began back in January when I ordered my dream car, and after months of anticipation, I finally took delivery this past Saturday. I had wanted an M4 for several years and was determined to get exactly what I wanted. In fact, I chose not to return to a dealership I had used in the past because they were pushing me toward a 2026 model when my heart was set on a 2027. Rallye BMW respected what I wanted from day one and helped make it happen. A huge thank you to Bert Vargas. From the moment I placed my deposit, Bert kept me informed every step of the way. Whether it was emails, text messages, production updates, transportation updates, or even telling me the name of the ship carrying my car, he made sure I always knew exactly where my M4 was throughout every stage of the process. What impressed me most was how personal the experience felt. Bert treated me like a longtime friend rather than a customer. His enthusiasm, knowledge, and genuine excitement for my car made the entire experience fun and something I looked forward to. Buying a dream car should be exciting, and Bert made sure it was exactly that. I would also like to recognize Bobby in the Business Office. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question I had, and never made me feel rushed. His professionalism and attention to detail made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you as well to BMW Geniuses Sauda and Marisol. I worked with both of them on separate occasions, and each was outstanding. Their knowledge of the vehicle's technology and features was impressive, and they took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and confident with every aspect of the car. What truly sets Rallye BMW apart is the people. Every interaction felt genuine, personal, and focused on creating an exceptional customer experience. At no point did I feel like just another sale. Instead, I felt like a valued customer whose excitement about purchasing a dream car genuinely mattered to the entire team. To Bert, Bobby, Sauda, Marisol, and everyone at Rallye BMW, thank you for making this such a memorable experience. You have earned a customer for life. No great Rallye experience this time! I was losing air in one tire, and I have wheel and tire insurance. I waited 3 hours for my car. When I asked if I could get it sooner as I had to be in New Jersey for my grandkids, I got "do the math, we have a lot of cars" When I received my car back, the tire light had not been reset. The alert said that it couldn't recognize my tires. I had to pull over and after spending 15 minutes working the menu, it turns out the tech listed my tires as "summer tires"! Once I finally changed everything, I then had to wait while the tire pressure check had to be completed. When I got home, a video inspection by the Tech was online. In it he said I needed a new tire because the tread depth was low. This is not true as I only had 8,000 miles on the car! On my bill it said I needed a new tire because there was a puncture by the tread!! In my family there are 5 BMW's all purchased from Rallye and Nick Soldo who is the best! We have a M8 Competition, a new 530 with the M package, a new X3, a 1 year old X7, and a 330I and was coming off lease for a new BMW. This is not the way to be treated with the business I bring to Rallye. Before I purchase another BMW from Rallye, I want to be sure the problems in the service department have been resolved. Until this experience, I was ignoring all the complaints from the people getting service about the department. More
