Very disappointing. Brought car in for work to be done and they did not do the work that they claimed to have done. Only to have to return a week later with the same issue to find out they didn't do the work and didn't tell me. Charged me for a diagnostic fee the first time which I shouldn't of had to pay because part of the work was covered under warranty. Claimed the other part they did fix was not covered under warranty because it was broken. Will not be returning to this dealership ever again. More

Although I had to go back numerous times to get my car fixed with the same issue, however, the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Especially, Dennis, the service manager who went above and beyo fixed with the same issue, however, the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Especially, Dennis, the service manager who went above and beyond to ensure satisfactory outcome. The only disappointment was running into same issues after picking up my car many times and kept getting stuck on the highways about 5 times before the issue was rectified. I’m glad my car is finally fixed and I would certainly go back to Rallye in the future, whether for repair or purchase a new vehicle.
