Gabe was wonderful as a sales person. However, I have not found a specific service person that is really good since Gianni left. Rallye BMW was my husband and I's second stop after a less than luxe experience at a South Shore Nassau BMW dealer. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we had a wonderful experience. The front less than luxe experience at a South Shore Nassau BMW dealer. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was professional and courteous and the dealership was bright, beautiful, and clean. When we met our dealer, Aldemar Cagua, we immediately felt comfortable--he was honest and straight forward about pricing, none of the "I have to go to the back and ask the finance guy" games then comes back with a laughable price like the first dealer did. It was black and white, he showed us the price models on the screen and what the monthly payment would be based on different packages/downpayment. I would absolutely recommend this dealer and salesman based on the fantastic experience I had! When i went to pick up the car a few days later, the BMW tech walked me through every feature in the car and set up the settings based on my preference. I was new to BMW, so it was a lot to take in but they assured me that I can come back whenever I wanted with any questions if need be. More
