A tremendous experience in a tough time Car shopping during a Global Pandemic is not an easy feat! However, when searching, Rallye BMW was quick to respond and give me that 'take seriously' Car shopping during a Global Pandemic is not an easy feat! However, when searching, Rallye BMW was quick to respond and give me that 'take seriously' attitude that lacks from many dealerships. They took me seriously and really showed interest in having a good faith deal with me. Robert was not only professional, he was responsive, understanding and true to his word. My only regret is not being able to shake his hand in person when the pick up happened. I was able to meet Hasan in my interaction and it was a smooth, fast, and Covid appropriate experience. Hasan was very pleasant and professional to work with. I recommend Rallye and Robert/Hasan as being treated as great as I was during Covid-19, I can only imagine the in person experience. Thank You Robert! More

Service try’s to do expensive extra work which might not be needed at the particular time. Also at the end they are not there to explain what was done and how does it effect my driving. Superior Service I brought my car to Rally for service even though I puchased it at Freeport BMW. Dishonest dealer Went to Rallye for a regular service on my 2010 750i with 26,000 miles. I was told by service advisor that turbo coolant line and guibo was leaking a Went to Rallye for a regular service on my 2010 750i with 26,000 miles. I was told by service advisor that turbo coolant line and guibo was leaking and needed to be replaced. The cost for two items would be $7000. I went to two other BMW specialties for 2nd opinion. Both of them said that there was no sign of leak at all. Both parts were in perfect condition. They also took the pictures. After I forwarded the pictures to Chris, the GM at Rallye BMW service department, I was told that service cleaned the leaks. The 2nd specialist I went to was 2 weeks later after I visited Rallye. If there was a leak even Rallye cleaned as he claimed, it would show the leak again after 2 weeks driving. At the same time, despite how many times I e-mailed Chris asking for maintenance report (I have been doing maintenance with them every year since 2010), the request was ignored More

The questionnaire at the bottom about being able to schedule a service appt, check in on status, and review the recommended repair work/maintenance from your mobile device instead of speaking with a service advisor only has a yes, no, or n/a option. I selected “yes” but only because I think that is a very good idea to have, however, there really should be an option for “both” because I would still want to speak with a service advisor for explanation of recommended repair work and to decide on the best course of action. But having something like an app to do all of those things as well would certainly be beneficial towards greater customer service. More
