I have purchased 3 of my last four cars from Rallye and I have been a very satisfied customer. This was the first time working with Francis but I thought he was exceptional. Very disappointed with the service. I was informed by service prior to my appointment that the tire warranty package purchased covered my tires but apparently when I came to my appointment this was not t service prior to my appointment that the tire warranty package purchased covered my tires but apparently when I came to my appointment this was not true and was informed by the service advisor that this is not covered abs I would have to pay out of pocket.
