I had a really easy , pleasant and amazing purchase experience until the end. They found the exact car I wanted, and gave me a great deal on it. BUT, a service light came on in my lease return just b experience until the end. They found the exact car I wanted, and gave me a great deal on it. BUT, a service light came on in my lease return just before I was supposed to do the transaction, despite being very particular about the regular service on my vehicles. Rallye assured me they would do a service check before returning the vehicle to BMW (It was still under warranty)... they didn't ... and I didn't find out about it until BMW sent me a bill. So, it has now cost me $750! The X5 I returned had very low mileage and they had a lot of interest in it from what I understand. Despite many phone calls, they never remedied the situation. I have been leasing BMWs for many, many years. It's really too bad it ended this way because It was a great professional experience until that point. More
