Above and beyond 5 star experience with John Botti 5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire abou 5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200+ emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected. More

He was unapologetic and So unprofessional! Today 7/31 I had a problem that needed service and At 8:30am placed a call to the Service Dept. to speak to Chris Blanco, Service Manager. He never returned my call! This entire dealership lacks the knowledge of what “customer service” means. Mrs. Terrian, the owner, will be hearing about my complaint. These people should be fired! More

Keith was very straightforward and easy to work with, and he was respectful of our desire to do everything remotely during the pandemic. I came in expecting the process to be hugely time-consuming, and it was the exact opposite. Keith was very accommodating, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout. I couldn't be more pleased that he was willing to deliver the car directly to our home, and that it took only a couple of days from the time of my first research phone call to when we received our car. I highly recommend the Rallye dealership and Keith in particular! More
