Chy is amazing, always pleasant, helpful . always picks up and gets me right in without an issue, even after the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't help for over a week. Chy immediately called me back and got me in. Loaner car, and my car was fixed withing two days. Chy also called a couple times to update me on the status and what the issue was. My only issue with Rallye is the people who answer the original calls. Not always the most pleasant, and almost act like they cant help even when its emergent. More
