Almost, but not quite Our initial interaction went well. We got to the dealership and the paperwork was almost complete. Robert thoroughly explained the terms of the lease Our initial interaction went well. We got to the dealership and the paperwork was almost complete. Robert thoroughly explained the terms of the lease and didn’t lose patience while I tried to get an additional discount through my job. Following up after we got the car home wasn’t as smooth while quite attentive prior to the sale, after was very different. Very hard to get a response to my daughter’s email and short, curt answers to my email. The service person broke our license plate cover which Robert said Rallye would thankfully pay to replace, but after we sent the receipt to be reimbursed we received no acknowledgement of the receipt nor and ETA on the reimbursement. I had a bad experience with my last lease and was really hoping for better this time, almost but not quite... More
