Consistently Good I bought my last and current BMWs from a BMW dealer in NJ, but NJ is too hard to get to for routine service. Back in 2010, a friend recommended Rallye I bought my last and current BMWs from a BMW dealer in NJ, but NJ is too hard to get to for routine service. Back in 2010, a friend recommended Rallye for service...she was literally giddy about it...so I tried them. I've driven BMWs since 2010 and have worked with Rallye since then as well. Service writers are all knowledgeable and professional. My most recent service was an oil change and antifreeze service. My service writer was able to have everything completed for me on time. The only down side to my visit was that I discovered that all of my radio presets had been wiped out when I got the car back!! :-( Especially disappointing because I don't know why anyone would even have reason to touch the radio for those services. Really hope it doesn't happen again. More

Wrong. Who is she to give out incorrect pricing?? Next there's the salesperson Len..if you call and get him my advice..ask for someone else.. that is if you actually want to deal with these dirt bags...Not only were his "numbers" laughable or the ones he actually divulged I should say, but he actually had the audacity to get loud and downright nasty when I asked to see an exact breakdown of his so called numbers..Really?? Hiding much? Then he has the gall to say they don't negotiate, which from other reviewers seems to be the norm..Do people seriously just say ok to what you give them? No questions asked? I seriously hope not...If anyone reading this does, please know that ALL dealerships negotiate..EXCEPT this one. Let's get something real clear here you dealers are a dime a dozen and I am actually doing YOU the favor of inquiring on a car it's not the other way around!...What I actually didn't divulge to you was that I was looking for two cars..first I wanted to see how you handled the first one and you failed..epically. So today I left my deposit elsewhere on my now 6th BMW to a dealership that was transparent, answered questions and actually knows what customer service is. Six cars and NOT one has come from these shady thieves. More
