Chy is amazing, always pleasant, helpful . always picks up and gets me right in without an issue, even after the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't help for over a week. Chy immediately called me back and got me in. Loaner car, and my car was fixed withing two days. Chy also called a couple times to update me on the status and what the issue was. My only issue with Rallye is the people who answer the original calls. Not always the most pleasant, and almost act like they cant help even when its emergent. More

Right away I had asked i new lease, RALLYE BMW is the place. My process started on Monday when I called RALLYE BMW, I was connected to Keith Lindsay. Right away I had asked if he could give me prices over the phone. Without hesitation he got to work and started to give me different price options. After talking over the prices I had asked him to email me all the prices. I was so pleased with the numbers that I set up an appointment to meet the following day, Tuesday, to sign all the paper work. I went in to test drive the car, which I loved and then signed all the paper work. This paperwork process was quick and easy. The best part was picking up my car on Thursday. This whole process was quick and professional, Keith consistently worked with me to make the deal happen and ensure that I was a happy customer from start to finish, every step of the way.
