Customer service was very friendly except they kept passing my wife by and helping other customers that came after her. She felt like she wasn't as important as the other customers. Quality of experience is directly tied to service adviser and assigned technician. Service manager Chris B and senior advisor Carol CM are keepers. Return visits should be rare not the norm. That said, I remain willing to drive the drive the 40 miles to Rallye to work with Chris and Carol. More

Freaking Awesome! Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that Chris Blanco introduced me to Emily who was AWESOME. I came in to get my antifreeze topped up. The technician found that I had leaking hoses and that I would have to leave the car. Chris and Emily had me in a loaner and out the door quickly. Emily called me daily to update me on the status of my car. When the time came to pick it up, I asked Emily if she could have it brought up so I would not have to wait. Sure enough when i arrived, the car was out front and the paperwork was sitting at the desk for me to sign. Fastest car pick up ever! Chris and Emily exemplify what great service is all about. You need more like these two! More
