When it comes to negotiating a deal, the sales people are very knowled Dealership is honest with the trade in value and better than any other dealer. When it comes to negotiating a deal, the sales people are very knowledgeable in comparing the right vehicles with the way you shop. However, it takes a bit of a nudge to negotiate the right terms and pricing. They could be a little fairer to work with your budget. As for the pick up of the car, it takes a bit longer than 1 hour, they really want to ensure you're comfortable before you drive off. As for the negotiating of additional items, I would prefer that they gave me the M water bottle I asked for instead of the standard bmw waterbottle they charged me for which I think they should honor the claim so that's why it is a four star not a five star. Also the person explaining the A/C Button and Heat was wrong for the misinformation. More
