It used to be the best Service I just got a 2015 BMW as a second owner. I live in Great Neck, but I went there in particular because I used to fix and maintain my cars for more than I just got a 2015 BMW as a second owner. I live in Great Neck, but I went there in particular because I used to fix and maintain my cars for more than decade. The sevice advisor told me that we can’t change your oil or change the brake fluid as a part of the maintenance because starting from 2014 NO transfer maintenance. I told him I didn’t know that and the person who schedule my car service over the phone should of advise that during that phone call. And I think based on that and the history I have with Rallye as a loyal customer change the oil and the brake fluid as courtesy this time but he refused. Strange his name( Jonathan ) is not even on the selected service list. More
