Service. My car always comes back with a problem everytime i take it there. I went in there two weeks ago for a recall. The recall takes about 3-4 to repair. M My car always comes back with a problem everytime i take it there. I went in there two weeks ago for a recall. The recall takes about 3-4 to repair. My car was there for 4 days. When i went to go pick it up it was overheating and they wouldnt look at it unless i paid for a diagnostic fee. I took it to a repair shop and they said there was a wire cut open for the electric fan near where the connector for the blower motor (recall part) that was replaced. why is there such a Coincidence that i took the car there fine and when i went to pick it up there was a problem with it that happened to be right next to where the part was replaced by the dealer? More

Anytime I wanted to just swing by and look at a car he was willing t just show it to me and with no problem at all. He was never too busy. Mitch allowed for me to leave comeback multiple times and he was always at my service. He helped me to find a car which was perfect based on my own individual situation. He didn’t try to get me into a car or a service I did not need. He made sure to be as honest and thorough as possible. Great experience that my parents will be coming in and getting help with renewing their BMW X5 lease is up. They don’t want to return to their previous BMW dealership once their current lease is due. More
