I am so happy that Google helped me to locate Sharonda! I took advantage of the encore appointment to continue learning about the car and I believe I met with a 'genius' named Jessica who was also excellent in guiding me through the navigation system. Sharonda then took the time to locate a printed manual for that system order it for me. More

Gasket work ---done. I could have put it off. On a scale of 1 to 10 service advisor Adam said it was a 5. I said do the work. By being honest with the consumer, it drives people to COME BACK. I would only by a new car or lease a car from Rallye. Service and communication is best. More
