After insurance paid over $38000 for flood repairs including over $23000 for a new transmission for my new X7 held as a hostage for over 5 months at the huge Rallye Service Showcase, 2 Chris had guts including over $23000 for a new transmission for my new X7 held as a hostage for over 5 months at the huge Rallye Service Showcase, 2 Chris had guts to ask another $7900 for the transfer case replacement. Mechanics know that the transfer case must be replaced before transmission replacement. Insurance company no longer trusted Rallye, shocked 2 Chris and totaled my X7. Chris William is incompetent, disrespectful and never greeted any customer by name and proper greeting while I was waiting many times for the service manager and showed lack of training and supervision. The service manager Chris Blanco was just greedy and was only interested to keep my X7 in his shop for huge profit generating opportunity. On the contrast, Victoria Sarocco is the most professional finance manager and was willing to help even though she did not make a penny from my deal. More

Good dealership. Had new inspection and sticker put on. Left a mess where old one was with pieces of paper stuck in corner of dash. Also I now notice condensation behind one headlight which doesn’t go away and was never there before. Could car wash have caused this? If it doesn’t clear will bring car in.
