I always have a great experience from start to finish at this location. It’s very accommodating with the complementary beverages and as well as the complementary lyft to the mall. Absolutely disgusted with dealership. I have purchased several BMW's from dealership over the years and my last service for a sunroof repair was a disaster. Charged over $900 to diagnos I have purchased several BMW's from dealership over the years and my last service for a sunroof repair was a disaster. Charged over $900 to diagnosis and tell me I would need a new sunroof cartridge on my 14 year old X5 with 111k miles for $8500 (just part). I said no just get it closed. When I got it back it leaked two nights in a row when it rained. ( It was not leaking prior to service). Had a large puddle in drivers floor. Took it back and said I just needed it water tight. Their solution was to put yellow crash wrap over entire roof!!!!! Amazing!!!!! And this is from one of BMW's largest US Dealer. More
